| Carrot Cake |
Our Carrot Cake is renowned as the best in Salt Lake. The
double layer cake is bursting with walnuts, raisins, and cinnamon, finished
with our cream cheese frosting and toasted walnuts.

Chocolate Raspberry
Cake
|
Carlucci’s Chocolate Raspberry Cake, our moist triple layered chocolate
cake and double layered raspberry preserves is draped with ganaché then
topped with chocolate curls.

| Mocha Cake |
Mocha Cake, rich, espresso, Italian butter cream frosting,
layered in our chocolate cake. The cake is then incased in our butter
cream frosting
before it is dusted with espresso. A favorite among our family.

| Tiramisu |
Our version of this Italian dessert consists of sponge cake
and lady fingers lightly drizzled with espresso. The filling is mascarpone
cheese infused with brandy and finished with chocolate curls. A specialty
cake to help “pick up” any occasion.

| Chocolate Decadence |
Chocolate Decadence is a chocolate lovers dream. This rich, dense,
flourless chocolate cake is almost entirely chocolate. It is finished
with ganaché and
toasted almonds.
